Bamidele's comment about reading culture in Nigeria is soo true. Growing up, newspapers used to be a staple part of the reading culture, people stand at bus stops and read headlines.

What a lovely lady Bamidele seems to be and what a lovely idea to publish a book in honour of her mother. She is also a very lucky lady to have enjoyed a good relationship with her mum because I know a lot of people who (for one reason or another) don't have a relationship with their mother. I wish her well in her writing career. I've also learnt a new word 'encomium'so thank you for that.
